1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sornevo.info, operated by Sornevo Health Ltd of 47 Briggate, Leeds, LS1 6HJ, and your purchase of B Complex Max through our order-request form. By browsing the site or submitting an order request you agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use the order form, although you remain free to browse informational pages of the site. These terms apply to consumers ordering for personal use within the United Kingdom and do not create any franchise, agency or reseller relationship with Sornevo Health Ltd.

2. Product information

B Complex Max is a food supplement containing a complete B-vitamin complex together with vitamin C and magnesium, sold in packs of 90 capsules intended to provide a three-month supply at one capsule per day. 3. How orders are formed

4. Price and payment

We remain responsible to you as the seller of record for the contract itself, and the involvement of these third parties does not transfer our contractual obligations to you onto them.

10. International transfers

Delivery, courier and phone-confirmation activity under these terms takes place within the United Kingdom. Where our website hosting provider processes order-related data on infrastructure located outside the UK as part of its ordinary global operations, such transfers are carried out under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent recognised safeguard, consistent with the approach described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Sornevo Health Ltd's liability to you in connection with these Terms of Use is limited to the price paid for the relevant order, except in respect of death, personal injury, or fraud, for which our liability is never excluded or limited.
