What else is included?

The formula contains the wider B-vitamin complex, including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12, together with vitamin C and magnesium. The capsule shell is vegetarian HPMC. B Complex Max is gluten-free and has no added sugar.
